I have a great protocol that has been working beautifully for myself, my family, my clients both old and new and as I continue to educate and share wellness information - I need to offer, what hope, I can to mitigate the damage and pray they didn’t have a bunch of flu jabs already in prior 5 yrs (makes it worse) and that they don’t get dose 2 and if they do we just have to pray the side effects won’t shorten their lifespan BUT there are protocols to help with health even after the fact but it will take work on their behalf! ~~~

Magnesium acts as a natural calcium channel blocker in the body and because of this it is one of the key supplements recommended against EMF Protection. When choosing a magnesium supplement, make sure you go for a good bioavailable form. Some will recommend you take Magnesium and Calcium together since they synergistically work together-this is ones choice. Every'body' is different and has different needs but on an important side note; Magnesium is often overlooked and is an important electrolyte. Simply put, the balance of the electrolytes is critical for normal function of cells and organs. Most people do not realize that magnesium plays an important role in calcium and oxygen transport throughout the cells of the human body. In fact, more than 300 nerve impulses and enzymatic reactions require magnesium as a co-factor. Magnesium is the fourth-most abundant mineral in the body! Just look up oxygenation... Magnesium is essential for optimal health because it’s part of hundreds of enzyme systems in the body that impact a wide diversity of functions, ranging from energy metabolism, muscle and nerve functioning and bone building. Roughly 50 percent of the magnesium in your body is stored in your bones, and the other half is mostly located in your organs and tissues.
Some of the recognized adverse health effects of EMF exposure are lipid peroxidation which is where free radicals steal electrons from the lipids in cell membranes and cell damage in various tissues. Foods rich in zinc include pumpkin seeds, turkey, lentils, cashews. seafood such as oysters. Zinc is a mineral. It is called an essential trace element because very small amounts of zinc are needed for human health. Since the body does not store excess zinc, it must be consumed on a regular basis as part of a healthy, balanced diet. Common dietary sources of zinc include poultry , fish , and red meat. Red meats, I am not a fan of for good health and poultry and fish, I feel should be limited. Just my opinion based on studies and as well a diet preference.
Without the proper amount of zinc, it can lead to zinc deficiency.
Iodine Iodine is beneficial for ones health but as well it is also CRUCIAL to fend off & remove radiation received from cell phones, computers, WiFi, 5G and harmful EMFs. Considered by many to be the most important of all the supplements to protect against radiation damage (both ionizing, like X-rays, and non-ionizing, like EMFs), iodine is an essential mineral that is naturally present in some foods, added to others and also available as a dietary supplement.
Used by the thyroid gland to produce thyroid hormones, iodine helps to regulate metabolism and, crucially, repair damaged cells (making it an excellent choice for protection against EMF-induced harm). It also works to support the immune system by scavenging free radicals and boosting the healing influence of antioxidants on the body. And, if that wasn’t enough, iodine may even help remove heavy metals from your system, which some believe can act as a conductor for electromagnetic radiation.
Seaweed, yogurt, and dried prunes all make great natural sources of iodine. Taking vitamin C, selenium, magnesium and other co-factors in conjunction with a good quality nascent iodine liquid supplement, meanwhile, should increase its effectiveness.
Vitamin C with Vitamin E
Everyone knows Vitamin C helps boost your immune system. But when paired, vitamin C and E work synergistically together. Vitamin C regenerates vitamin E while vitamin E scavenges free radicals which increases the antioxidant effect and further helps repair damaged cell membranes.
Resveratrol is a compound found in plants that acts as an antioxidant within the body.
Interestingly, a recent study (below in links) found that resveratrol may reverse the effects of long-term exposure to electromagnetic fields on power plant workers. Whilst extensive exposure to high-voltage electricity lines was shown to have an adverse impact on oxidative stress and immune response amongst workers, resveratrol supplementation “significantly reversed” these effects.
Intriguingly, a 2016 study (in link below) on the effects of green tea on the wellbeing of workers exposed to overhead power lines found that long-term use of this traditional Asian brew could be “effective protection against the health issues induced by high-voltage power lines” – suggesting that the oxidative stress caused by EMF exposure might be remedied by the protective antioxidant effects of green tea.

Beets are high in fiber and promote the growth of good bacteria in your gut. Having plenty of healthy bacteria in your digestive system helps fight disease and boost your immune system. Fiber also improves digestion and reduces the risk of constipation.
Beetroot nutrients include folate—a vitamin that helps keep your blood vessels healthy—and potassium to help protect your heart.
Selenium is a key nutrient for immune function and is easily obtained from foods like the Brazil nut, eggs, and some proteins. Look more into this one-it's often one not talked about... Selenium is also an antioxidant, which strengthens the body's defenses against bacteria, viruses and cancer cells.
Everyone should be on a good sourced probiotic! We do not obtain enough from foods we eat!! Probiotics contain "good bacteria" that both support gut health & influence the function and regulation of the immune system. They also can decrease the number of respiratory infections, especially in children. A good probiotic source can simply be a blend of the 'good bacteria' and doesn't necessarily need to be called a probiotic. I have a blend I use on occasion which contains over thirty, yes 30 good bacteria your body needs sometimes-I have been using it for a few years now since a co-infection to lyme tried to overtake my health and I wasn't having it! Long story short everyday medical dr's couldn't help , had no clue, three days after seeing my holistic doctor , I was back to myself and no more symptoms-needless to say this has been added to my arsenal in my apothecary cabinet since! It has kept my co-infections dormant for quite a few years now- I still take a good sourced bioavailable probiotic everyday but days I feel I need more, this one, I will rely on and now offer to clients, if needed!
Herbomineral Note: I personally use Shilajit. Just a personal preference since I am Certified in Ayurveda Healing. Shilajit is a classic Ayurveda herbomineral with legendary adaptogenic properties. Helps reduce free radicals, and cellular damage in the body. The difference between the two: Fulvic acid is considered a humic substance, meaning it’s a naturally occurring compound found in soils, compost, marine sediments, and sewage.
Fulvic acid is a product of decomposition and formed through geochemical and biological reactions, such as the breakdown of food in a compost heap. It can be extracted from compost, soil, and other substances to be processed into a supplement.
Shilajit, a substance secreted by rocks in certain mountain ranges around the world, including the Himalayas, is particularly high in fulvic acid. Its common names include mineral pitch, mumie, mumijo, and vegetable asphalt.
Shilajit is blackish brown and comprises 15–20% fulvic acid. It also contains small amounts of minerals and metabolites derived from fungi. Shilajit has been used therapeutically for centuries in traditional healing practices, including Ayurvedic medicine, to treat conditions like diabete, altitude sickness, asthma, heart ailments, and digestive and nervous disorders. Fulvic normally has around 70 minerals and Shilajit has over 84 minerals. Fulvic acid is believed to be responsible for many of shilajit’s medicinal properties.

Getting back to the virus on topic ~Critically, all four covid vaccine brands currently in widespread use either inject patients with the spike protein or, via mRNA technology, instruct the patient’s own body to manufacture spike proteins and release them into their own blood. This floods the patient’s body with the very spike protein that the Salk Institute has now identified as the smoking gun cause of vascular damage and related events (such as blood clots, which are killing many people who take the vaccines along with promoting the strokes, heart attacks, migraines, and other harmful reactions that have already killed thousands of Americans (source: VAERS.hhs.gov).
Word is spreading that pine needle tea (a constituent in it) may offer a solution against covid vaccine "shedding or "transmission' as they call it which appears to be a phenomenon where vaccinated people are spreading harmful particles or substances to others around them. cat out of the bag thanks to Dr. Judy and others that have been putting their heart n soul into trying to get factual information out to everyone to help heal and protect us.
Dr. Judy Mikovits asserts that globalists are well aware that pine needle tea is the answer to covid depopulation weapons, and they are secretly using pine needle tea to protect themselves from the very plague they have unleashed upon the world, Mikovitz explains.

***One thing I will add to this, consult with your holistic provider to get the scoop on type, serving size, frequency and more. You need to keep in mind some natural supplements are only temporary for symptoms and/or for the process of healing and then others can be daily.
Why, you're asking? Well good question...
I will be posting another blog in depth on the subject BUT basically natural supplements are meant to work with your body, not for your body. Natural supplements whether plant(s), herb(s), or oil(s) normally are for symptomatic reasons and as our body heals we move onto the next natural supplement for the symptoms at that time to continue the healing process, or sometimes it is a simple as changing the dosing and or frequency-do you know why, how, or when for any of this???
This is why it's important to work with someone in the field of homeopathic medicine, so they can guide you correctly and be the support that is needed. Most of us do not charge for thi$, it is part of the process of being a Healer. It is quite simple to follow and understand but it's NOTan easy fix and shouldn't be, it's a process to heal, correctly ~ many won't want to hear that you need to work with your bodies healing abilities. If you have no symptoms but yet feel you need to take, lets say, for example sake; xyz for for something you may end up having symptoms for it may not be the correct avenue to follow if it is a supplement your body doesn't produce naturally or you don't have the receptors within you, which means your body is designed to process them on a long term basis or on a regular basis. Another little tip, with huge consequences- Healing the body from any type of disease requires more than using supplements and herbs. Finding the cause and removing it, is just as, if not more, IMPORTANT. A cellular detox is a best start besides other detoxes specifically for other areas but you want to get to the 'root' cause which most start at a cellular level. We can discuss this privately, if you'd like more info. Move to a plant base diet while your body is healing. Drink lots of pure water. Less stress, Exercise-Move, Stay on top of personal hygiene, Live in gratitude and count your blessings. Surround yourself with positive, loving people, who support you. I suggest removing dairy, sugar, fast food, processed foods, junk food, soda. Disconnect from the news and your technology as often as you can. Breathe fully and release stress.

When researching EMF shields, at bare minimum, make sure it will shield you from both ELF and RF radiation. Understanding it can be hard for many to do the distance and reducing time with loved ones that have been jabbed, there are ways to still protect yourself with all the information above and below, do your best.
Salt lamps, Crystals like Hematite, Shungite, Black Tourmaline, Shielding Magnets (like bracelets or pendant / amulet), Defender shied for cell phone, listen to your phone on speaker, when not in use keep cell phone at least a foot distance from you, Limit computer / laptop usage, Limit WiFi. The more distance you have between you and any(one) device is better.
