Detoxing... Why detox many ask?
Detoxifications strengthen the immune system, and at the same time, aids biochemical processes to function properly.
Toxic binders are always a good idea for any health issue, but they are doubly important if you’re fasting. Binders are negatively charged substances that have the ability to suck up all the positively charged pollutants in your intestines like heavy metals, pesticides, plastics, parasites, both chemical and biological toxins
This process is different for each individual. For some days, others weeks, and many it may take several months so normally just one dose is not enough. Topical binders can be done everyday as long as you have no skin sensitivities to the properties you're using. Oral binders should be taken about 30 minutes to two hours before food or other supplements. They can also be taken together as part of a “binder cocktail” (mixing them together in water).
Some of the cheapest binders are bentonite clay and activated charcoal; however, there are many more binders than just these two. Others include but are not limited to: Chlorella, Zoolite, Cilantro, Parsley, Tumeric and sometimes fruit pectin, Oregano, spirulina, Lomatium (<-for some using loamtium, a one time rash may occur-this is part of the detox process and many give up when they get a rash but the rash is part of the process in detox-there are different ways your body eliminates!) Detoxing Organs Include the Skin -Most detoxing happens through the liver and kidneys, but when the load is too large, your pores start to pitch in. What doesn’t leave, gets stored in the fat, so the body gets rid of it through a secondary system, which is sweat. Just like you can absorb toxins in through the skin, you can also pass them back through it.

Binders work great at latching onto toxins, but if your body’s pathways of elimination are faulty, you could make yourself more toxic. You also want to ensure you are sufficiently mineralized — heavy metals can bind to cellular receptors in the absence of necessary minerals.
Ways to support the elimination of toxins include supporting healthy liver and gallbladder function, supporting healthy bowel elimination, and making sure you stay hydrated and take care of your kidneys and bladder.
A few of my favorites are -orally> lomatium and chlorella, H2o2, burdock root, wormwood, sarsaparilla, dandelion root, fasting, and water - I prefer Extracts - and -topically; activated charcoal, tea tree, foot baths, aloe, dry brushing, apple cider vinegar, bentonite clay, infrared light, baking soda, yoga, bathes (recipe below) , carrot oil, tumeric, spirulina, eating fruits and veggies, earthing and water. Not necessarily all together or in these combinations

Parasites; number one detox since 2020. There is not enough emphasis on annual parasite cleanses here in the states especially with science showing us the connection between parasites and c-a-n-cer, among other things taking place.
Parasites use heavy metals to disable and hide from the immune system. They will also coat their bodies in heavy metals to further hide from the immune system. Candida and parasites actually feed on heavy metals and sugar and store them within biofilms or within their own organism. When people kill candida with antifungals, the die-off symptoms that are experienced are partly the result of the release of heavy metals into the body, which overwhelms the liver and cannot be excreted fast enough.
This is why detoxing heavy metals first or along with killing candida and parasites is imperative. If you do not, you risk releasing a lot of toxic metals redistributing throughout the body.
