Plant thy self aground or on ground

Grounding, also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth. This practice relies on earthing science & grounding physics to explain how electrical charges from the earth can have positive effects on your body.

How many of you know how important it is to be out in the dirt or grass daily?

How often are you barefoot outside?!

Our bodies are made up of energy-- and being grounded can make a huge difference in your health and life.

Did you know our bodies are electrical FIRST, chemical second?!

We depend on Mother Earth for life, yet we isolate ourselves from her everyday! We walk on rubber or plastic soled shoes all day, everyday, we are constantly disrupted with harmful EMFs via our phones, TV, wifi, microwaves, cell phone towers, and we don't get to connect the way we were meant to!

Throughout history, humans mostly walked barefoot or with footwear made of animal skins and slept on the ground or on skins. Through this contact, the ground's abundant free electrons were able to enter the body, which is electrically conductive. In this way, every part of the body could balance with the electrical potential of the Earth and it would stabilize the electrical environment of all organs, tissues, and cells!

Cardiologist Dr. Stephen Sinatra, author of "Earthing: The Most Important Health Discovery Ever?" explains that

“Earthing is like taking handfuls of antioxidants”

Grounding is a practice that can help you pull away from flashbacks, unwanted memories, and negative or challenging emotions. These techniques may help distract you from what you’re experiencing and refocus on what’s happening in the present moment. You can use grounding techniques to help create space from distressing feelings in nearly any situation, It can help with many health related issues such as Anxiety, PTSD, and much more.
